Our Underground Collective Hip Hop Company is an award-winning dance crew from Next Step Dance Performing Arts Center, located in Frisco, TX. This performance and competitive group of dancers is under the direction of Ashley Miller, Derrick Redmon, and Noah Hutchison. They are dedicated group of dancers who are passionate about hip hop dance and have a desire to perform both professionally and within their community. These dancers train for competitions, performances and professional jobs. They can train in all styles of dance, but compete in only hip hop. They also attend conventions and competitions throughout the dance season. The Underground Collective Hip Hop Company is open to dancers ages 7 to 18 and requires them to dedicate a minimum of 5-10 hours a week depending on their age and skill level.
